About us

Data we collect
- Contact details you send in the service request form: name, phone number, email and a summary of your request.
- Account details for those the company creates an account for: name, email, phone and an encrypted password (we don't know it and can't read it).
- Project data: project titles, their stages, files and the notes exchanged.
- Financial records of your services: prices, payments and balances.
- An internal activity log showing who made changes and when, to protect your account.
What we don't collect
- We don't use ads or ad trackers and we don't sell your data to anyone.
- We don't access your location, contacts or photos on your device.
- We don't store payment card data.
How we use data
- Providing the service you requested and following up with you.
- Showing your project, its stages and your payments in your private portal.
- Contacting you about your request or account.
Who can access your data
- The company's two managing partners, and only the specialist assigned to your project within the scope of their task.
- Each client sees only their portal and each researcher only their tasks; our servers enforce this on every request.
Storage and protection

- Passwords are encrypted, sessions can be ended instantly, and files open only for those with permission.
- We keep regular backups to protect your data from loss.
